Does using epilator make hair regrowth thicker and coarse?

Question by shruthi h: Does using epilator make hair regrowth thicker and coarse?
I used epilator(Braun silk epil) only once.I can see regrowth of my hair very badly. it has grown coarsely? does anybody faced similar problem? do let me know if i should continue using epilator or stop it
