I was hoping that I could change my sh*tty thinning hair for some flowing elven locks.

Answer by PangolinThat's sort of what hair transplants are - teeny tiny scalp transplants. When you transplant it from one part of your own head to another, there are no problems with rejection.

Don't know how it works with elves, though.
